Boeren Spelt

Made with an overnight poolish, this loaf is perfect for sandwiches. It goes well with savoury and sweet and get’s you dancing on your feet.

Ingredients: Spelt flour, water, desem cultuur, salt

Houthakker

Equal parts Whole Wheat, White and Rye flour, this loaf is inspired by Sarai's time at the renound Veldkeuken. It's a hearty loaf, sturdy enough to feed the most hungry of souls. 

Ingredients: White, Rye and Wholewheat flower, water, poppy seeds, salt

Rogge Levain

A sourdough rye with sprouted whole grains. Serious in its demeanour, this loaf lightens up with some old cheese topped with alfalfa sprouts.

Ingredients: Rye flour, water, salt

Sint Jans Rogge

Slowly baked in stages over three days, a traditional moist dutch rye loaf that is in the oven for almost 24 hours in total. This dense loaf, like reading Faust, is full of wisdom with a hint of sweetness.

Ingredients, St. Jan's Rye, water, appel syrup, apple cider vinegar, salt

Spelt Rozijnen

Oh so sweet but no sugar! A light spelt loaf packed with raisins and currants. Throw some butter at a slice of this and you will be a jolly ol' kid again.

Ingredients: Spelt flour, water, raisins, currents, butter, desem cultuur, salt

Volkoren Zaden

Made with an overnight poolishand loaded with sunflower seeds, linseeds, sesame seeds and oat flakes, this will keep you fuelled for the day!

Ingredients: Wholewheat, white and rye flour, water, sunflower, sesame and linseeds, desem cultuur, salt

Olive

This is a nice light loaf with olives. Perfect to dip into a pasta sauce or torn and dipped into oil. 

Ingredients: White flour, water, olives, olive oil, salt

Baguette

While we still have a bit of work to do to perfect them, the baguette was a sign that we can bake anything we want in our wood-fired oven. Made with 20% levain and a .5% of desem culture, then proofed overnight makes these baguettes light and airy.  

Ingredients: White flour, rye flour, water, desem cultuur, salt

Granola

 

Ingredients: Oat flakes, honey, sunflower oil, hazel nuts, almonds, raisins, sunflower and linseeds, toasted coconut, salt

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients: Roasted oatmeal flakes, raisins, spelt flour, sugar, butter, vanilla, orange zest, cinnamon, baking soda, salt



We offer deliveries to collection points:

We bake to order. At the moment customers fill out an online order form and we deliver our products to several collection point on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. If you are interested in joining, send us a message. We will deliver bread to any collection point that has at least 6 subscribers. Please contact us to discuss.
